Well, I'm thoroughly confused... I was under the impression that this deal wasn't fully done until about 13 or 14 mos ago, but according to below article, it was announced in Dec 2012 & done sometime in 2013.

but then this other article dated from about when you pointed out, says it not only was announced much earlier, but in fact was already a done deal in 2012 (and when Chang made his comments about conservative estimate of revenues of $200 mil p/year).

Obviously, someone or something is wrong as all these dates, events & quotes don't jive. It almost looks like the below article is a dated compilation of facts & events. This article states that this deal was all done more than 2 yrs ago, may 2011 agreeing with you.
