I also have confident that PAIM will do just fine. If I am not mistaken, Ms. Pearl Asia is Philippine descendant (I could be wrong). If yes, she may still have many or some relatives in the Philippines. According to my experience (my wife is also from that region), most South East Asian descendant people do not typically go back to their country to do scam or bogus investments or businesses because if they do that, that will cause SHAME for the entire family (not only the core one but also the extended families). The person will then be rejected by her/his entire extended family. Being rejected by entire families including the extended families is the worst nightmare for a person with descendant from South East Asian Countries. Therefore, IMO: she will try her best to prove not only to business community but also to her relatives and friends in the Philippines that she is a successful and respected business woman. IMO: she will try her best to make PAIM a viable and profitable company. Of course, in any type of investment, there will be a risk factor that ALL INVESTORS MUST TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION before investing. Therefore, instead of bashing, libeling, cursing or anything else bad, I urge you to consider carefully the risk factors before investing so that you will not be too disappointed when your stocks either temporarily or permanently do not perform well.
The good news is that there has been a posting saying that the dividend has been coming. However, we need to verify this news to make sure that it is a factual one.

My opinion is not to be taken as an advice for buying or selling stocks.
