usually a cross like that is at a negotiated price. the seller gets rid of a large position without driving down the price precipitously and the buyer gets a large position without doing the opposite. those shares may have been passing through all day and just recorded after the last were through. they will probably show up on the ask piecemeal at higher prices. such is the job of the market maker.
