Best way is always to invest directly

where the value is, if any value there is.

No one knows what the dividend in Newco will be, so nobody knows.

What will be the business model for this tube scratcher, sell the service, sell units... so vague...

TECO is too much in trouble to put money out to let it live.

Old insiders just want to get out of it while it is not delisted, IMO
