Yes, the stock price of .0001 is refelctive of the value of the company (cash flows, NAV, etc.) to a current market investor, but if new management restores the transparecy, credibility and general confidence of the investment community back into stock, than some multiple of future anticipated cash flow/enterprise value, as a going concern, will drive its value. Also, the network may have growing value to a strategic buyer, again once it is back on its feet and shows creativity and viability. The strategic value is an important part of the picture. The combination of the two can be powerful. What value can be assigned to intangibles, whether booked or not?
