for any new investors, I am not against AMBS. I am against GC and JC, completely. Dr Lowe should be President. This baloney science would never get out if he were President.

I am not necessarily against Lympro, I just realize as JN noted the other day, that it will not be a stand alone gold standard product and is not going to bring in huge revenue for the company.

While for short periods, Eltoprazine was tolerated, that class of compounds is in general, not tolerated well at all, and so I would bet against Eltroprazine for that and a few other reasons that I go over in the stickie.

MANF will someday get to the clinic. I have no idea if the company will still be around when it gets to the clinic. It needs lots of work and hundreds of millions of dollars, which frankly is going to GDNF and not MANF.

That is not to say that MANF will not get money at some point. also, you have to wonder how much leverage the company will have when and if they get their first jv. often the company has little leverage and gives up too much of the company for the first indication in hopes of getting the product to market and banking on cash from the follow on indications.

The other day a company put a 9% likelihood of success on a compound they had in stage III. They were the company numbers. While that may be conservative at stage III, it is not clear at all that MANF can get to the clinic, although, I would bet that it will at some point.

The chronic and persistent mendacious behavior on the part of GC is holding the company back. That along with the smalll science is reason for the replacement of the President and also JC as memebers of the BOD.

In my opinion, the company has next to no wherewithal to get ahold of p 16. And if for some reason they do, they most certainly do not have the money to research the compound.

With all of that said, the 200 day MA held and the stock is a buy. Who cares about that stuff, let's make money.

The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it, ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is.
