...whoever AGREED for UWB did not have much leverage - - buffy threw the oral presentation in the summary judgement bec. there would've been an APPEAL either way - - or a formal request for an actual TRIAL................amy was a non-issue, imo...............

...unfortunately, UWBI was in BK and the JACKBOOTS do not want any part of the 'arrangement' entered into the kangaroo BK CT.......and issues like the D&O suit and recoveries need closure..............and the FCNCA preferred stock and purchase of the NOL take months of 'processing' and secrecy............

...we didn't sell out.............the JACKBOOTS had US - US by the balls and the JACKBOOTS game the system..................

...I agree that we wuz robbed, etc.....................but let's just get our $1.25 p/s and move the F/- on....................
