It is being retracted and that a PR will be released to clarify these issues..."

You will find an article posted 6-April-2006 which clearly states,

"Two companies announced in a press release last month their intention to build an $84 million treatment plant in Toms River. Unfortunately, it seems they forgot to tell township officials.

Startech Environmental Corp., based in Connecticut, and Future Fuels Inc., a subsidiary of Nuclear Solutions Inc. of Washington, D.C., announced in a March press release their intention to build a waste-to-ethanol facility somewhere in Toms River."


Maybe I'm confused...but how did council members not recognize Startech as part of the FFI deal? Their hometown newspaper seems to know...
