Remember too that FASC will have their own rights to this updated patent information. I believe we have had a previous discussion on this whole process; the scuttlebut was that FASC would have licensing rights for areas outside of the JCL Engineering region.

THAT will also call for further investigation.

This is one of those unexpected, expected developments.....but the timing.....coupled with all else currently going on with FASC.....raises the excitement level here another large notch for me.
