Patent attorneys or at least good ones don't work on contingency. The ones I know have extremely high billable's but are very experienced and ruthless litigators. If management has a plan they should disclose exactly how they plan to proceed with the enforcement arm of this business plan

Otherwise nobody is gonna just hand this company money over any alleged patent infringements
