Lol, that doesn't even make sense. A/S and O/S are two different animals. The 10 Billion share company you are referring to is the number of A/S, not the number of O/S. The company has documented what purposes the increase in A/S would be used for. The reasons are valid and common with start-up biotech companies. SVFC$$$$
