Usually a reverse split is a bad omen. This one could be an exception. Cautiously optimistic for a bounce here. That AS increase not necessarily a bad thing. If in the long run the expansion generates big revenues the dilution to finance it wont matter that much. At least from where the share price is right now. The idea that this stock is a fraud is complete nonsense and short attack.
