I do not think it matters, but there is constant accumulation at .0016 now after the 20M fill a little while back.

With the way this traded someone would not buy that many shares for a "quick flip" as the volume does not seem to be there in order for that to happen. If they wanted to unload 10-20M shares it would crass the price, so they are stuck until something happens or they loose money

Someone is willing to pony up and must feel comfortable that progress on the reverse merger will be made.
