They should do it premarket and not give sell off time to drop pps pre split. Seems stupid to say two weeks especially if the new investors can buy AFTER the split. Are we assuming company doesn't have the cash yet (as they said the expect 4.1mil) and nor does the money man have shares and will wait until after the split post sell off?
