Holding the sp back? Probably, but only because there is 0 institutional ownership here since the company is unknown. The stock is thinly traded as it is, so him selling $5k a week seems like a lot. It's still just $5k. If the company continues to grow and make money, it's a mute point and you should be thanking him for providing the liquidity. If he wasn't selling, you probably couldn't find shares to buy under $0.20.

If all the insiders started dumping stock, I would get nervous. Hoch has been doing it since 2004. It's nothing new. The only thing that has changed is the company is starting to perform better financially.
