It's unclear to me what all the confusion is about this reverse split... From their PR "effect a 5 for 1 reverse stock split of its outstanding common stock". If they were to implement this tomorrow you would take your total shares owned and divide it by 5. Then take the current stock price(and your average price per share) and multiply it by 5.
