Excellent DD. I bailed on this stock back in April for a small profit when I noticed some of the same concerns you bring up in your post. It was a good idea when it started out, but poor management along with questionable financials has driven the pps into the basement with no turn around in sight.

Salvage what you can, take the tax write off and get into a real stock.
