Negative Sal70! First of all, the PPS has not always gone up after a PR in the past. Secondly, to suggest SVFC is a pump & dump is absurd. There is absolutely nothing to back up such a suggestion. SVFC has never paid a 3rd party to "pump" the stock price. SVFC does not participate in such antics. SVFC$$$$
