I think ALIF should separate their investment portfolio into a public limited partnership which is managed by a respected investment advisor. This would enable the LP to raise investment funds and grow the portfolio without disruption from the contract programming business.
The programming business could be spinned off as a private start-up company.
The investment advisor and the CEO would determine how to divide the ALIF shares between the two entities.
