Yes we all know the news - ESPI cannot pay their bills + management buys personal property + plus high payroll with the income of the company = a failing company everyone hoped would do well.

Everyone might as well give up, ESPI owes more than $25 million in debt so please help us understand where that funding will appear if you have the answer.
