why would someone "gamble" $40k at .002 with the action that preceded it? The volume has been non-existent and to any trader they would not want to but into something that has fallen so much with a lack of volume

Of course these are all educated guesses but one has to assume that someone has to have an inkling of something to wager 40k in one shot
