What is interesting here is that they said that approval from SEC would be 120 days from reverse merger date which was July 2 but that does not mean it could not be earlier than Nov 1. In any case we are getting closer to the news and about 5 weeks to go. This may move beginning the 2nd or 3rd week of October due to the Nov 1 catalyst.

But good luck to all in what I consider the best investment in pennyland.
