Its the stock market, it is based on speculation and rumor.

And it is not speculation to say upwards of $70k has been spent by a couple MM's

one had 20M bid the other had 10M bid and 4M sold today

Someone with "big" money is willing to take a gamble knowing that they will not be able to sell for a gain if no news comes out
