The corporations can not intermingle their funds I believe as Colorado law states: "all money invested in Colorado marijuana businesses must come from people living in the state."
That is unless there is a change in law I missed. But I believe that and the residency law and grow limits all are still the same. If things are on the up and up this could get interesting. There still are a lot of gray areas I believe. Still going to watch.
