Is it a scam? Doesn't a scam have to involve some action to steal from the shareholders? There has been no major activity for couple months so if it is a scam it's not a good one. I also have to add that if you are a smart CEO, you don't speak to the public or shareholders through email or phone calls. Your PR dept does that to protect the company.
