Yep, they are waiting for any impatient folk to capitulate... Effective float at these levels is tightening, the CD holders want and need much higher prices and volume to sell. I expect a series of PR to light up the interest here, especially from a whopping 3 mil mrkt cap level. Open the curtain ..
