This has to be manipulation as the underwriters want a good price on the offering. You would think the banks getting ready to buy it would not be fooled.

If they can hold 11, then they can demand 9 on the offering... Once that happens it will drop back to that... I hope no one is buying here, in fact, I think the shorts know exactly how this works, i am watching carefully. I bet we see a price and the shorts are selling it as we speak.

We'll see... Interesting to watch this happen..
