indeed, i have known other companies in buyout talks and you can bet on it they are already talking for months with them...i think they released it to give green light for the offering company to start buying stock in the free market..if they would not have released the pr,and a buyout is done and we get huge volume in the days/weeks before that, we have a red flag with the SEC..i think that because of this paragraph in the previous pr " It should also be noted that during the conference call, it was also discussed that the offering party intended to purchase shares in the open market of up to 10% of the NDOL common stock. " i would not be surprised if this has started already last week and they continue to buy untill they have what they want and sign the deal... i think the buyout happens very soon after the otcbb listing...
