Yes, two years ago tomorrow that "dose switch/sabotage" was announced. The pps ended the day at 1.16. I guess the good news is we are up 20% since then. It closed at 1.70 on September 25, 2012, so we are down 18% since then. The market cap is up significantly however as we have more than doubled the outstanding shares. The stipends to the BOD has doubled as well, deservedly so.

There has been absolutely no resolution to the "sabotage" case in the past two years. We have not received a single penny although many here on this board know who did it, for whom, why she did it, and her compensation for doing it. Frighteningly enough, some even know where she lives. She has not been charged with anything in the two years since her criminal activity has been uncovered.

Again on the bright side, we are currently in partnership talks (for the eleventh consecutive year) and about eight years after working with bavi, we believe we understand the moa.
