I understand why you feel that way.

However, attaching the ungagging of the TA to the updating of the share structure to reflect the settlement ISN'T NECESSARY and can (and I expect will) act to delay the transparency that investors are entitled to.

Don't you think that the numbers themselves will resolve any confusion as to whether they have been updated?

If not, shouldn't people be concerned about investing in a company that has an outstanding share count that may or may not be off by 875,000,000 shares and you can't tell?
