These include waiting for the disposition of a cited prior pending application to be determined or waiting for an assignment of ownership to be recorded. Applicants do not have to respond to suspension letters."

Doesn't that mean MCIG would still have half the profits through VitaCig? Won't that strengthen the books of BOTH MCIG and VitaCig? In doing the shares through VitaCig, Rosenberg doesn't get any livIng except equity through MCIG, but also doesn't have to worry about donating shares. Which includes any tax issues and such issues as rumors if the bears start their contribution. I think this is a great plan and makes sense. IMO.
