I read this a lot. What I don't understand is if there is really no company and no revenue and all the FB and Twitter posts are lies, why would it take this long for the SEC to proceed?
You assert that the investigation is ongoing.
You assert that the Enforcement Division has been active with a KMAG investigation for the last 2 years. Yet, there has been no further action. Why is that?
What is taking so long? Unless, there is no open investigation.
