Foley committing fraud - NTEK involved in a pump and dump - let's see what the SEC and FBI has to say about a 3rd party.

You do know on paid promotions these OTCM companies always use a third party - but everyone busted will start talking and they will follow the money.

Those caught in the FBI sting were involved in the NTEK paid promotion - does this sound familiar: "for engaging in a conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud and conspiracy to commit bank fraud..."

Sounds like Foley failed to learn his lesson - maybe he needs some more time added to his sentence.
