Years ago the rumor was that Brian had about 10 million shares, I believe that rumor and I believe it will happen again. The question is whether he (and friends) have already bought the stock or have not bought the stock and our willing to pay more (per share) when they are sure that TPL will win the appeal's court case.

You must give some respect to the fact that we lost the ITC case. Both sides have good attorneys and experts working for them. This is not an easy decision for the Appeals court and now we may have to deal with the new Supreme Court case getting mixed into it. The case is to be heard in the next month or so.

This is not a risk free purchase decision for Brian or anyone else. IMO, over the years, Brian has put the time and study into this. The BOD and DL are big problems, but the major risk is in the appeals court, willfulness and how to get realistic judgments. For some reason certain people don't want to discus the MAJOR problem areas. They close their eyes and pretend it doesn't exist. It is interesting to watch smart people dump down important problems that should be discussed before you buy into their rosy hype. An ounce of caution, is worth a pound of cure.
