The website is meaningless. Magellan Energy CANNOT legally attach any assets to this defunct shell with no ownership. No one has legal ownership, therefore domain names have no meaning at all. MGLG is a dead "shell of a shell" FOREVER !!!

It seems they renewed their "magellan-energy.com" domain name registration yesterday for another year and hopefully, that means they are planning to launch their website again and return to business someday (unless someone else owns the domain name now).

I have been occasionally checking to see if they would renew the registration. The expiration date was September 5, 2014 until yesterday and now, it is Sept. 2015
