I would really like to know what DUTV is providing/selling and who the customers are. A few million in sales should be getting a lot more attention then this thing currently has but, there is still no confidence in filings. Even a global wouldn't move this. An audit is needed otherwise filings will still be viewed as just words on paper. At the very least disclosure of clients and services should be done. That alone would boost interest in thr stock. But, I'm not going to hold my breath. Even the diehards don't seem to be buying.
