no sh*t. How could he sell my shares? its his company so he can issue himself 25m shares and dillute ours anytime he wants youre correct and he can also sell his 25m shares (or 14m) for current market value. So let me ask you genius if someone issued themselves 25m shares at .001 on the 8th and sold 14m for .005 on the 28th how much did he make that day? about 50k dollars. You dont have to be a rocket scientist to put it together here. Now wait for the other 12m shares to get dumped sometime in the next week....
