If we're going to get technical, it's not a partnership either. I'ts a licensing agreement or a contract so to speak. To the extent that level 5 has the exclusive right to use the use vitaminfizz brand, as far as product development, marketing etc, one can say we "own" it for the duration of the agreement (5 year automatic renewable term I think). IMO.

With all due respect SS1, that is wrong. We do not own VitaminFizz, rather have a partnership with them that nets us 51% percent of the revenue generated. Please see the 8K from December 2013. We DO NOT own VitaminFizz.
