I do not believe they can only work a few projects at a time due to limited resources. Do you really believe the Mesquite Lake project is not moving forward after they supposedly planetd a 22 acre nursery because they have limited resources? Do you really believe that Maricopa, Pakistan and Guyana are not moving forward after they sent seedlings for nurseries because they have limited resources? Do you think that if any of them said they are ready to plant several thousand acres, VSPC would say "Sorry, we don't have time for you now. Wait in line."?
Why do you feel they are picking up steam? There is not a single project that we can feel confident will actually happen. They have only announced one new contract in the past 5 months. That is the slowest pace in years.
