DAVYD-VORTEX-couldnt-see-the-TOXIC-managment-in-his last "acquisition", and it had been TOXIC for years………he got in bed with protek and they did what every INDEPENDENT tax ID shell owner does……

Vortex has a months OLD LOI with INCC…….why???????

the problems WRECKED THE MJ ticker, it got a DTC chill, and DIED on the vine, or stalk so to speak…..

THIS IS RECENT business, not more than 6 months ago, so its not last years laundry…….

thats Vortex's level of due diligence and who they pursue…………the same problems are here with the CEO and the quickly set-up companies in 2 different states
