We are working on the Form 10-Q. It will be released when ready. Sending
emails daily is not going to speed things up. In addition, we are not going
to post news for the sake of shareholders being able to buy or sell stock.
The Company is making the appropriate adjustments necessary to move forward.
All will be reported via Form 8-K and 10-Q when they're ready. Please stop
emailing Sharon and me about this. All you're doing is putting unnecessary
pressure on everyone. We've all come in to try and fix this mess. You're
making people regret trying. Stop it already.

Diego,
The company has been late for many weeks with hopes of the 10Q with company
plans being late. Hopes of this being published is driving the stock down.
Please write a letter informing status of the 10q before this gets out of
hand. Just some communication with the company will prevent anymore people
from walking away.
As the IR rep this falls in your realm. I don't want to bother you but this
is important as well for building the reputation of the company.
