Are you crazy? You think he wants to keep 300M shares outstanding? Mark my words, he WILL do a R/S once the price touches .40-.50 a share! It will be a small split of probably 1 for 5 but it will happen. I for one would agree with a split also, if it meant getting listed on the NASDAQ and getting the shares up to where the funds can play.
