Halt? For what reason? Anyway, I think the big money is done for the day. They don't want to tank it just yet but they got rid of a nice chunk this morning. Could also be a hedge. An announcement is imminent, or should be, and whether it will have the desired effect or not might be a concern so they took a little bit more of the table in anticipation it doesn't work out. Even if it doesn't work out the PPS won't tank as I'm sure it will have some effect on the naive. That will come with the annual report. That's the end of the line not this next announcement. This way if it goes up a little they make out and if it takes a little hit they can still jump back in and start dumping right up until the end of the month.
