Hi NOC, I read it Potential shares
That last post I made was showing the Potential for the O/S should the shares be converted at the lower prices. Yes, someone would need to DD the total volume since October and try to calculate the number of shares that have been traded and at what prices to determine if the debentures had all been sold off. Usually a good sign is when the bid starts to hold higher support, as has happened recently. Usually, if the CD is still being sold there will be some kind of limit that the bid/ask will reach when the CDs converted start being sold again. It might take until the next 10Q by KKRW to find out the actual number of shares that have been converted as I do not have a confirmed way of calculating it by the share volume. Others have different formulas but the only thing that I watch for is the bid support being higher than the S-8. With the SB-2 having variable pricing it will be difficult to know when the CDs are done. If trading the stock the only thing to rely on will be the price. JMHO though :^)

Good Luck to All! :^)
