When is Brian (and friends) going to feel comfortable enough in the outcome of the HTC appeals case to again buy millions of shares or did they already buy millions and millions of share when the stock was 4 cents a share or less.

Brian doesn't sit through a long jury trial just out of curiosity. Since the trial he has only been bashing the management, the small judgment against HTC followed by the depressing stock price but was that low enough to take a big stock gamble and purchase millions of shares

Can he afford to buy millions of shares, even cheap share and then take the risk the Appeals Court or Supreme Court will directly or indirectly reverse the HTC victory.

A lot of posters on these message boards act like an appeals court victory is a sure thing.

I would follow Brian, if I knew which way he was going to handle the situation.
