Just think about it...why is simbadeals.com registered to Rocco Pellegrinelli and not Brent Strasler or Andrew Ritchie? Pellegrinelli is a very smart business man and knows simbadeals.com will be successful. A merger is very likely and there's a good chance the A/S was increased for this reason. Pellegrinelli sold his first publicly traded company to Bloomberg for EUR 33 million! Connect the dots. Happy trading folks!
