Paragraph 23: "Since grounds exist to revoke the Agreement.....the arbitration provision in the Agreement is not valid or enforceable."

IF I read this correctly (I am not a lawyer), it seems that MNTR is saying that the arbitration clause cannot be enforced.

Bhang seems to be saying that IF the lawsuit is not dismissed, then the arbitration clause IS enforceable.

From that, can we conclude that MNTR does or does not have "a problem" with arbitration?

As to being "outraged", 1) we haven't heard from both sides and 2) where did the $621,000 go to NOT get the loan from the non-existent "Symbian Bank"?
