Thanks, but the geologist's credentials are irrelevant. He appears qualified to do 43-101 compliant technical reports all day long - for Canadian-traded stocks, and then only if the report is reviewed and approved by the BCSC.

Calling something a "43-101" when it is never reviewed and never approved by the BCSC is simply wrong and a deliberate deception. They'd be fine if they just didn't have that in the title - the technical report itself is probably a valuable source of information. Why do you suppose that NBRI feels they have to put that "43-101" label on it? Not only does this draw unwanted attention from the SEC, but the BCSC might issue a nasty letter as well.
