Well I never played this stock just came across it reading the action FINRA took against them. I really wish FINRA could get some more authority and continue cutting down on these scams that issue billions of shares only to reverse split so they can start over again. At best, we can hope some of these greedy ceos see this r/s getting a halt put to it for now and be concerned that they might just not be able to issue a zillion shares and plan to just r/s again to get the ATM back and running.
