Clutching straws with the Dr Tao thread.

Dr Tao doesn't even need to be at the TC test site. His work is done. Tao is not a mechanical engineer. All work currently being carried out on the AOT is tinkering. This can be done by the TC engineers and STWA's own engineers.

Long story short Tao can do it online without even leaving his lab. He is fully across all current tests and test data.
